1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the bdtj platform, including the website located at https://bdtj.io, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any related services, features, or content offered by bdtj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand it, and that you unconditionally accept its terms.

This Agreement should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete legal framework governing your use of bdtj. If any conflict arises between these Terms and any other document on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated.

All services are provided in English, and all account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on bdtj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdtj enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all markets. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register as players.

• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) bdtj account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration and to update your account details promptly whenever any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details — including name, date of birth, address, or payment information — is a material breach of this Agreement.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your bdtj account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bdtj will never contact you to request your password via any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. All activity conducted through your account credentials will be attributed to you unless you have notified bdtj of a security breach prior to the activity occurring.

3.4 Account Currency

All bdtj accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account currency cannot be changed after registration. All deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and wagering activity will be displayed and processed in BDT.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdtj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location, account status, and verification level. bdtj reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to all deposits and withdrawals and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. As a general guide, the minimum deposit is ৳200 for mobile wallet channels. Specific limits for each payment method are published in the Payments section of the Platform and may be adjusted periodically.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. bdtj reserves the right to perform additional security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend the processing time. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, except where account closure or technical constraints make this impossible.

4.4 Currency & Fees

All transactions are processed in BDT. bdtj does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT accounts. Third-party fees charged by payment processors, mobile network operators, or banks are outside bdtj's control and may be passed on to the player. Players are advised to check their payment provider's fee schedule before initiating transactions.

4.5 Deposit Source

You confirm that all funds deposited into your bdtj account are from legitimate sources, that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used, and that no deposited funds are the proceeds of criminal or fraudulent activity. Depositing funds from payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Offer Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers available on bdtj are subject to specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds requirements, all of which are communicated at the time the offer is presented. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms attached to any bonus before accepting it. Accepting a bonus constitutes your agreement to its specific terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

bdtj actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; employing low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play; using automated software to place qualifying bets; or coordinating with other players to complete wagering requirements collectively. Any of these activities will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, suspension of the account, and may result in permanent closure.

5.4 Promotion Amendments

bdtj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in and begun meeting the requirements, bdtj will endeavour to honour the proportionate portion of the offer already earned, subject to management discretion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

bdtj reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where the Platform suspects a technical error, pricing error, or suspicious betting pattern. A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference is issued to the player. Verbal or informal communications do not constitute acceptance of a wager.

6.2 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, data feed failures, event cancellations or postponements where no alternative settlement basis has been agreed, or where the integrity of an event is found to be compromised. Voided bets are returned to the player's account as the original stake amount.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a network disconnection or technical failure during a live casino session or in-play bet, bdtj's system will record the last confirmed state of play. bdtj is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bdtj and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Providing false identity information, using another person's identity documents, or impersonating any person during registration or KYC.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, including fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly authorised by bdtj.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players, employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or tournament results.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or security measure on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including advertising, reselling credits, or operating as an intermediary for other players.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at bdtj staff or other players via any support or community channel.

8 KYC & Anti-Money Laundering

8.1 Mandatory Verification

All bdtj players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawing funds. KYC verification requires submission of government-issued photographic identification (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and, where required, documentation confirming the source of deposited funds.

8.2 Ongoing Monitoring

bdtj operates an ongoing transaction monitoring programme in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Unusual transaction patterns — including rapid deposit and withdrawal cycles, large cash-equivalent transactions, or activity inconsistent with stated player profile — may trigger enhanced due diligence checks. 8.3 Suspicious Activity Reporting

Game content available through the Platform is provided under licence from third-party software developers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective licensors.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtj and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

bdtj's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdtj account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdtj does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, and events of force majeure may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.

13 Termination & Suspension

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your bdtj account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any withdrawable balance will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and verification of the withdrawal destination.

13.2 Termination or Suspension by bdtj

bdtj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of any provision of this Agreement ; suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; receipt of a valid legal order requiring suspension; or where bdtj determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Where termination is initiated by bdtj due to a breach of this Agreement, bdtj reserves the right to withhold withdrawable balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is found, verified balances will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

13.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bdtj will attempt to notify you via the registered email address prior to applying a dormancy fee. A monthly administration fee may be deducted from the dormant account balance to cover the cost of maintaining the account record. Where the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. 14 Amendments to Terms

bdtj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations, or the core features of the Platform — bdtj will provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent on-site notification banner and, where possible, via the registered email address on file.

For minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or adjustments required to reflect changes in payment methods or game availability — bdtj may update the Terms immediately without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

15.1 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to offshore online gaming platforms operating in the relevant jurisdiction. bdtj operates as an international gaming platform and does not make representations about the legality of its services under the domestic laws of any specific country.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 21 calendar days of first notification, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution. bdtj will provide details of the applicable escalation process upon request. Players retain the right to seek recourse through any legally competent authority with jurisdiction over their matter.

15.4 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of the Agreement.

15.5 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and bdtj with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
